本案的設計以「生活即藝術」為核心出發點，重新定義此百坪別墅的居住空間。它不僅是日常的使用場域；當居者走入其中，彷彿在畫布上移動，隨著材質比例的鋪陳與光源配置的變化，感受到場景轉換所帶來的層次與節奏。透過材質的運用，在垂直向度上營造一致的靜謐氛圍。我們以「玻璃」作為核心媒介，讓光線成為串連不同樓層的軸線。
一樓與二樓採用玻璃磚，以其通透的結構感與光線散射特性，界定公共空間的虛實邊界，並確保機能上的精準分區。當行至三樓的主臥區域，我們則巧妙地轉化為紋理玻璃，其細膩的霧化效果提供了專屬的隱密性，同時延續了光影的層次感。
這種從通透到霧化的材質視覺遞進，在垂直方向上實現了視覺語言的完整性，體現了「垂直向度的靜謐」設計主題。

Our design departs from the core philosophy of “Life as Art,” redefining the living quarters of this sprawling hundred-ping villa. The space is more than just a place for daily utility; as the resident moves through it, they traverse a canvas, experiencing layering and rhythm derived from the shifting configurations of material proportions and lighting treatments.
The consistent atmosphere of serenity is cultivated along the vertical dimension through the strategic use of materials. We employ “glass” as the core medium, allowing light to serve as the unifying axis connecting the different floors.
The first and second floors feature glass bricks, whose transparent structure and light-scattering properties delineate the fluid boundaries of the public areas, ensuring precise functional zoning. Upon ascending to the third-floor master suite, the material transitions subtly to textured glass, the delicate frosting of which provides exclusive privacy while simultaneously sustaining the layered perception of light and shadow.
This visual progression in materials, shifting from transparency to diffusion (or frosting), achieves the integrity of the visual language along the vertical axis, embodying the design theme of “Vertical Serenity.”

Regarding textural layering, the continuity of specialized coatings and imported wall coverings creates delicate wall textures within a warm palette, achieving visual refinement and unity. Concurrently, the precise application of titanium-plated metal and glass bricks ensures linear accuracy, defining boundaries and details; this precise integration of modern materials embodies the commitment of top-tier craftsmanship to meticulous interface execution.

在同一連續牆面中，茶鏡包覆電梯量體，在延伸視覺景深的同時，也將實體牆面的重量感轉化為輕盈的視覺姿態。這項設計細節，體現了對現代生活情境的空間實踐。
The second-floor kitchen extends the spatial tone of the living and dining areas, positioned as a family gathering place that balances function and aesthetics. We have integrated the existing kitchen systems to ensure they meet high-quality usage requirements while harmonizing with the overall style of the public space.
The specially designed metal structure and glass sliding door system provide the spatial interface with fluid flexibility. During social occasions, the sliding doors can be completely hidden, allowing the kitchen to form a continuous open field with the public areas. When independent temperature control or zoning is required, the doors effectively maintain physical comfort while utilizing the properties of glass bricks to preserve visual transparency and consistency.
Along the same continuous wall, tea-tinted mirrors envelop the elevator volume, extending visual depth while transforming the weight of solid walls into a lightweight visual stance. This design detail embodies a spatial practice tailored to modern living scenarios.
二樓廚房延續了客餐廳的空間調性，定位為兼具機能與美感的家庭聚所。我們整合了既有的餐廚系統，確保其滿足高品質的使用需求，同時使其融入公共空間的整體風格。

Soft wall textures paired with a titanium-inlaid headboard provide a refined, stable backdrop, while textured glass elegantly separates movement from privacy. Ultimately, the suite returns to the essence of rest, defining a high-quality boundary between living value and repose.
The overall color strategy across the first three floors employs a warm, low-saturation palette. This consistency endows the space with a calm strength, fostering a serene and sophisticated residential atmosphere.
